Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are doting parents to their cute daughter Raha and are often spotted with her at various events. The superstar parents have ensured that at least one of them stays with Raha if the other one is working, and I think that’s a really nice approach. Here’s what Alia Bhatt had to say about juggling parenting duties with Ranbir Kapoor for Raha…
In conversation with CNBC TV 18, Alia Bhatt opened up about her journey as a parent and how she balances her responsibilities with Ranbir Kapoor. “I steer away from giving parenting advice because I feel everybody’s journey is different. I come from a position of privilege where I can afford help if I am not available. My husband (Ranbir) and I, very early on, decided that either of us should be there, available for Raha at all times. So we are constantly splitting our roles. If I am traveling he’s home, if he’s traveling I am at home, just one of us should be with her at all times. If we cannot manage to schedule we have grandparents ready to kind of jump up and be happy helpers,” Alia Bhatt shared.
I truly liked Alia Bhatt’s honesty and the way she acknowledged her privilege. The Bollywood actress will next be seen alongside Vedang Raina in Vasan Bala’s ‘Jigra’. The ‘Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani’ actress is also speculated to be a part of a standalone film within YRF’s spy universe.
