While speaking at the World Governments Summit 2024 in Dubai, Shah Rukh Khan revealed that he has at least 35 years before he retires from films. “I want to end my career, which is far from ending right now; I have a good 35 years to go. I really really want to make that film which is loved by the whole world and then nobody on a big stage like this asks me ‘why haven’t you crossed over’. That film should cross me over,” Shah Rukh Khan shared.

At the World Governments Summit 2024, Shah Rukh Khan also revealed the reason why he rejected a role in the Oscar-winning ‘Slumdog Millionaire’. The Bollywood actor had a phenomenal 2023 with blockbuster hits like ‘Jawan’, ‘Pathaan’, and ‘Dunki’. In fact, ‘Jawan’ also broke records and became the highest-grossing film of the year.
