‘Pathaan’, directed by Siddharth Anand, has been a historic all-time blockbuster and continues to make waves, a year after its release. The action film that released in January 2023 cemented itself as the highest grossing Hindi film worldwide in the history of Hindi cinema then. It also became the highest grossing film of YRF’s Spy Universe!
Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathaan’ and ‘Jawan’ has now been nominated at the prestigious Vulture Annual Stunt Awards. Hosted by media organization Vulture, the international award was started in 2023, to honor and recognize the excellence in stunt work done by the individuals.
Pathaan’s climax sequence featuring the jet-pack fight scene between SRK and John, has bagged a nomination under the Best Aerial Stunt category. ‘Pathaan‘ has also been nominated for Best Overall Action Film, alongside Hollywood biggies like Tom Cruise starrer ‘Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part-1’, Vin Diesel’s ‘Fast X’, Keanu Reeve’s ‘John Wick 4’, amongst others.
