Shah Rukh Khan, often regarded as the ‘King of Romance’ in Bollywood, has carved a niche for himself in the Indian film industry with his unforgettable portrayals of romantic heroes in classic love stories. However, fans and critics alike have noticed a shift in his film choices in recent years, with fewer love stories and more action roles compared to his earlier years. In a candid revelation, Shah Rukh Khan has shared his reasons for this change and why he is no longer doing love stories like the iconic ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.’
Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerji attended the special screening of the film at a PVR in Mumbai on Sunday evening. In a conversation with the audience, he was asked why he isn’t taking more romantic films like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, to which he responded by saying that he is not sure whether he will take up any romantic films like KKHH anymore and thinks that it should be left for the young actors to take up these roles. SRK has given us some blockbuster action hits like Jawan and Pathaan, and looks like there is no going back for this action hero.
