Vishal Bharadwaj is bringing to your screens another gripping story. The director is known for his captivating storylines, and the trailer of his new show is giving exactly that. The show stars some of the best actors Bollywood has to offer, such as Naseeruddin Shah, Ratna Pathak Shah, Wamiqa Gabbi, Vivaan Shah and Imaad Shah, in pivotal roles. The trailer starts off with Jimmy, played by Vivaan Shah, visiting his uncle and they sit down for a game of chess. He defeats his uncle in this game, and the next thing we know, his uncle is found dead at his home while Jimmy is caught fleeing the scene. He is then treated as the sole suspect of this murder. Wamiqa Gabbi then steps in to investigate this murder and clear off the suspicion that is hovering over her fiancé, Jimmy’s head, as she believes that he is being falsely framed for it. While this investigation takes place, a lot of secrets of the family are also unearthed.
Based on Agatha Christie’s novel, The Sittaford Mystery, this murder mystery show looks gripping is sure to keep you hooked to the very end. The show will stream exclusively on SonyLIV, from 27th September.
