He also added that films should now aim for the 1000 Crore mark at the box office. He pointed out that nowadays, it is not just Hindi but also Punjabi and Marathi films that are seen raking in remarkable and record-breaking numbers at the box office. He says now that people are going back to cinemas, 100 Crores is not that big of a deal and 1000 Crores should be the benchmark of a successful film. Salman Bhai does seem to be making a point, as we saw some of the biggest films in the past month or so doing exceptionally well and breaking monstrous records at the box office.
As for the work front, apart from Tiger 3, the actor also has Tiger vs. Pathaan with SRK in the works, as well as another untitled army action film with Karan Johar slated for a 2024 Christmas release.
