Bhumi Pednekar and her co-stars from her upcoming movie ‘Thank You For Coming’ visited the New Parliament Building on Wednesday, September 20, 2023. Bhumi along with Shehnaaz Gill, Shibani Bedi and Dolly Singh reached the newly constructed parliament building. Dressed in traditional attire, the 4 of them were present there to discuss the newly introduced Women’s Bill. The actresses with accompanied by the Union Minister of Information And Broadcasting.
This film of theirs also highlights the various problems a woman faces in his personal life. It also sheds light on the topic of The Big O. Talking of women’s empowerment, the cast who was present at the Parliament were very pleased with the passing of the bill and were in agreement with it as well. They saw it as a step in the right direction from what we’ve heard from interviews they gave news portals. The cast and crew were recently in Toronto, for the screening of their film Thank You For Coming at the TIFF.
