Shah Rukh Khan is truly the King Of Bollywood, because the only competition he seems to have, is himself. His film Jawan was released today, and the audience has been going gaga over it. The advance booking closed last night, and oh it has raked in quite big numbers, breaking the record of his previous film, ‘Pathaan’. Read on to know more on this.
There was a lot of buzz about whether the film would be able to cross SRK’s previous record set by Pathaan, and oh boy did it manage to. The film sold 11 Lakhs tickets in advance booking till 11:59 last night, for day 1 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. It has successfully managed to overtake the advance booking of Pathaan and Adipurush which stood at 10.81 Lakhs and 10.74 Lakhs tickets sold respectively, reports Sacnilk. Looking at the advance bookings, it is already looking at a 30+ Crores opening, as per a report in Hindustan Times.
