Welcome 3 has been one of the most anticipated films after the first two films. The duo of Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar got plenty of love from the audience. Unfortunately due to monetary issues, Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar will not be continuing as Majnu and Uday and have been replaced with Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi as those characters. According to a report from Pinkvilla, “Welcome 3 has turned out to be a hilarious script and the producers are on the verge of getting a big ensemble cast on board for this film. Firoz has managed to get on board some of the biggest names from the 90s for Welcome 3 like Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, and now Bobby Deol.”The report also added that in 2024, Welcome 3 is set to begin production, featuring five male leads and three leading female actresses. The script focuses on the humorous struggles surrounding marriage, a common theme in the Welcome film franchise. The casting process for the female roles is currently underway, and top female actresses are expected to join the project. As with previous films in the series, the movie will center around the comedic situations that arise while navigating the intricacies of marriage.
The anticipation surrounding this upcoming third installment has increased since Bobby Deol has joined the stellar cast of Akshay, Sanjay, Arshad, and Suneil.
