Akshay Kumar is all set to bring back his film OMG, while the first part of this film created waves, the sequel is all set to be released very soon. Considering the controversial content of the film, OMG 2’s co-producer Viacom 18 decided to release the film on an OTT platform. The deal was on the verge of closure with JioCinema, but it was soon called off as Akshay Kumar insisted on taking the theatrical release route. The deal was worth a whopping Rs. 90 Crores and had to be called off due to the above reasons. The censor board has also been reviewing the film very carefully after the Adipurush fiasco.
