Navya Nanda is a social entrepreneur and has been fascinating the fans with her hard work towards social causes and her recently begun podcast channel called ‘What The Hell Navya’. She began that podcast channel with her two inspirational boss women, Shweta Nanda and Jaya Bachchan. Her podcast channel speaks about various topics varying from equal pay to family rituals to even topics like friendship. She also runs a non-profit organization called ‘Project Naveli’ which has the motive of building a gender-equal world.
Recently in a recent interview with Josh Talks Aasha, Navya talks about several topics like how to deal with pressure, Project Naveli, and many more topics. Navya also revealed that her mother raised her in the same way she was raised by her grandmother. Navya initially expected significant differences in their thinking but was surprised to discover that their thinking aligned. She said that her grandmother, Jaya has always been progressive and open-minded, rooting for women’s inclusion in all parts traditionally dominated by men. This belief stays with Navya as well, inspiring her. She also explained her decision to pursue entrepreneurship instead of following her family’s path in the film industry. She highlighted that while her mother’s side of the family is involved in films, her father’s side has a background in entrepreneurship. In that interview, she spoke about her role models which are, her mother Shweta Nanda, both her grandmothers and her aunt. They are the four women who are her role models and inspired her to their fullest.
