‘The Great Indian Rescue’ an upcoming film, originally named ‘Capsule Gill’ is starring Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra in lead roles. It is being produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Jackky Bhagnani, and Ajay Kapoor, under the direction of Tinu Suresh Desai. The movie tells the story of Jaswant Singh Gill and is to be released in theatres on 5th October tentatively.
According to a report from Zee News, the movie is based on the story of Jaswant Singh Gill, a heroic figure who guided India’s first mission to rescue miners trapped in a coal mine. This film is inspired by real-life events and celebrates Gill’s remarkable achievements. He was the chief coaling minister and saved the lives of a lot of miners lives in West Bengal. This movie is extremely inspirational and was shot internationally and stars Akshay Kumar as Jaswant Singh Gill. The movie is tentatively scheduled to hit theatres in October and is extremely exciting to see such inspirational and heroic movies come to theatres. Akshay Kumar once again takes up an iconic role and will continue to do exceptionally well like he always does.
