Finally, the New Year is here and it was one hell of a celebration in the Bigg Boss 16 house. MC Stan‘s live rap concert for his fans was enthralling to watch. The lovebirds of the show Tina Datta and Shalin Bhanot were seen fighting one moment and romancing in the other, just like I am confused so is Bigg Boss. Apart from this, the nomination special is upcoming and looks like there are some ups and downs between Sajid Khan and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia causing some disruption in the mandali’s dynamics.
The mandali is known for their tightness and favouring each other in difficult situations. But, this nomination special is about to cause some cracks. Firstly, Sumbul Toqueer who was saved by Sajid and the mandali in the last nominations just so she could cook food for them will be nominated by Shiv Thakare given the reason that she needs to take a stand for herself. Not only this but Sajid and Nimrit have had disagreements before and Nimrit nominates Sajid which seems to upset him. He says, “Meri nominations se na aaj tak kabhi fati hai, jisko joh ukhaadna hai ukhaad lo”. It’s declared that he says that he doesn’t care about the nominations but then he gets affected, he challenges them to nominate him till 12th February and see who holds the trophy. After this Nimrit either is disowned by the mandali or they’ll talk it out, let’s wait and watch.
Seeing Tina and Shalin in MC Stan’s concert grooving closely with each other left everyone confused including Bigg Boss. He summons the contestants into the confession room asking them what do they think about the duo. Abdu Rozik states that he doesn’t understand if they are friends or lovers and they patch up when the nominations are closer. Nimrit on the other hand justifies by saying that there’s no truth in their relationship and they’re very fake. I can’t wait to hear everyone’s opinions on this completely and also what Bigg Boss think about this. I really want Bigg Boss to bring the part up where Tina whispers in Shalin’s ears, “You’re making me fall in love with you but you break my heart”.
The New Year started off well but this week is going to be a test of friendships. As the game gets serious the drama quotient only raises higher. Stay tuned!
