I have always loved Ranveer Singh for all that he is. In fact, his onscreen, as well as off-screen persona, is what leaves me smitten, which is why his films are all the more a reason for me to get excited. This time it is Rohit Shetty‘s Cirkus. The teaser for the film is out and it looks exciting as ever. It starts with a retro setup, the cast talks about what life was like in the 60s – made of the simpler things. And that is exactly what the movie is also about. The ‘hamare zamane ke din’ that your parents always talk about, is about to come to life on the big screen. But before you and I witness that, I am excited to see what the Cirkus trailer holds. The good news is that the wait isn’t very long, for, the trailer drops in on 2nd December. Excited much!

With Ranveer in a double role, what it does assure is double the fun. We also see Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde as the leading ladies in the film. I am quite interested to see how Rohit Shetty brings his touch of action into this film. Should I expect to see cars flipping in this one too? Hell yes! What we are sure about is that this film celebrates the finer things in life like talking to your parents over texting them from across the room, or children falling asleep to lullabies and not reel sounds.
While the teaser screams entertainment, the film also has quite an interesting supporting cast of Johnny Lever, Varun Sharma, Sanjay Mishra, and many more. Releasing around Christmas on 23rd December, this one is the perfect kickstart to the holiday season.
