Relationships have been brought up repeatedly in the Bigg Boss 16 house, so in keeping with the theme of “Shukravaar Ka Vaar,” which means clarifying things, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Ankit Gupta each gave a statement about their circumstances while Salman Khan revealed some startling facts. It was interesting to see how MC Stan got caught in a fight with Priyanka, but, more than that I was invested in Abdu Rozik and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia‘s ‘bro-ship’.
Before the ‘Vaar’ started in the house, Gautam Vig got upset with Soundarya Sharma and broke down in tears after she mentioned that she was testing his love for her. Afterwhich, surprisingly Shalin Bhanot tries to comfort Soundarya by offering her a piece of chocolate. He also goes on to ask Gautam if he’s okay which is quite wow to me.
Now that Archana Gautam is evicted the kitchen needs a new queen, Tina Datta looks set to grab the position and obviously, a fight starts with Priyanka. It was a simple thing which got escalated quickly over Tina trying to move Priyanka’s pan from the stove while she was making rotis. Afterwhich, Priyanka ends up calling her bossy and dominating. Only time will tell who gets to grab a position in the kitchen.
Meanwhile, there is confusion between Abdu and Nimrit as their housemates keep on teasing them. Nimrit says she feels that Abdu is drifting away from her but, she, later on, sits to clarify it with him and ends up getting the best hugs.
The house turns into MTV’s Splitsvilla as Sunny Leone and Arjun Bijlani join the housemates for some entertaining activities. Shalin and Gori Nagori set the stage on fire during the Girls Vs Boys activity. On the other hand, Ankit gives a surprisingly sexy lap dance to Arjun. Another activity which takes place leads to several arguments. In this activity, each contestant had to select another contestant one who broke their heart and the other who won it. Arjun reveals that he has said a few things to Soundarya & Gautam that are against her as MC Stan gives his heart to Gori. It was thrilling to hear Sajid Khan break the news to Gori and even imply that she would be leaving soon. During this task, a fight breaks out between Nimrit and Priyanka over Abdu’s captaincy. Tina ends up referring to Ankit as Priyanka’s “chamcha” when they are asked to rate each other using some adjectives written on the board for the upcoming task.
The ‘Vaar’ begins with Salman Khan having a one-on-one conversation with Priyanka and Ankit where he plays the clips of the viewers of the show that have opinions and questions about their relationship. Viewers believe that Priyanka has control over Ankit, to which she responds that she tries to guide him. When Ankit is asked about getting sympathy from the audience, he clarifies that he is more of an ‘I don’t care’ attitude. Bhai gives a reality check to the questionable duo by telling suggesting they should be each other’s assets and not liabilities.
As Priyanka these days is almost getting into a fight with everyone, MC Stan gets in a brawl with her. Gautam accuses MC Stan of mentioning that Gori feels bad that Nimrit is added as a new member to the group, as this discussion is taking place, Priyanka and Ankit get involved in this argument and call MC Stan’s group “fake.” Shiv Thakare gets involved and escalates the argument by calling Ankit her Chamcha. Sajid Khan thinks Priyanka is only acting for the camera, while Tina thinks she was wrong to remain silent during Archana and Shiv’s altercation yesterday.
Genuinely a lot of things happened today and I don’t know where to stop about my feelings regarding today’s episode. But, tomorrow’s going to be more interesting than this.
