I was intrigued by the post of Ajay Devgn two days ago where he shared some old bills. I thought he was indicating the beginning of promotions for Drishyam 2 and I was right! Yesterday, the actor announced that the teaser of his film will be out today. And finally, the moment that I have been waiting for is here. The makers of the film have released its teaser and this one is more thrilling and full of suspense.
Before elaborating further, here’s a look at the teaser:
The teaser begins with the scenes from part 1. The few first scenes about Sam’s murder and Tabu’s investigations gives us a reference to context of the story. Then finally after sometime we see Ajay aka Vijay Salgaonkar recording a statement on camera.
I am so intrigued by the subject. I am waiting to know if Tabu will be able to know exactly what has happened with her son.
On Monday, The Runway 34 actor posted a series of pictures on his Instagram handle and captioned it as ‘kuch purane bill haath lage aaj’. The pictures included a bill at a restaurant, ticket of a movie, bus ticket and an old CD of Swami Chinmayananda.
Apart from Singham actor and Tabu, the film also stars Shriya Saran, Akshaye Khanna, Rajat Kapoor, and Ishita Dutta in the prominent roles. Its shooting was completed in Hyderabad.
Viacom18 Studios, Gulshan Kumar, T-Series and Panorama Studios are the makers of the Drishyam 2. The film has been produced by Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, Krishan Kumar and co-produced by Sanjeev Joshi, Aditya Chowksey and Shiv Chanana.
As the makers showed us the teaser today, I am too excited to watch it in a cinema hall on November 18, 2022.
