I was going through Saif Ali Khan’s memorable characters from his earlier films, and I can easily say that he is a versatile performer. I liked the way he developed so many interesting aspects to his role in Sacred Games. From a layered character often bullied in the iconic series, to a brutal and fierce Udaybhan Singh Rathore in Tanhaji, I feel the star’s range and variability as an artist is applause worthy. And, after watching him in the trailer of Vikram Vedha, I am simply amazed!

The tough cop verse is a challenging one to get, right? However, when there’s an actor like Saif, you know it is going to be a gripping watch. His fit avatar was evident at the preview trailer launch event of the much awaited release Vikram Vedha. I also saw the trailer today and one thing is for sure, this is the film I have been waiting for a long time! It was intriguing for me to watch him play a tough, heroic and honest cop.
To see powerhouse performers like Saif and Hrithik Roshan take on each other in the classic whodunnit chase surely makes for an engaging narrative. From the way Saif carries himself to his chiseled physique to complimenting his co-star, in every sense he is a true gentleman!
Vikram Vedha is a thriller which encompasses high octane action sequences, drama, mystery and adventure. The grand project marks Khan’s return as an all out commercial hero, who has been directed by Pushkar and Gayatri.
While the film is racing ahead for a release on 30 September, there is already much anticipation surrounding the quintessential entertainer and particularly Saif’s role in the film. After watching the trailer today, I am quite curious to see the actor in an unseen avatar.
