When you need to binge watch, the world is your oyster and there’s a story everywhere. There’s so much can watch and do and just enjoy a gripping series by itself. Since, it’s the weekend, it’s best to take some time off and indulge in a good binge.
The best thing about documentaries, they are easy to watch, extremely interesting and you get to know so much about the world through a televised video format. I bring to you 5 of my all-time favorite docu-series which are worth your time and attention. Fully Paisa Vasool in the truest sense of the term.
1) Conversation With A Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes
The Ted Bundy story is an out and out nail biting thriller and it takes your mind places. Bundy known to be a charmer, tricks women to fall in to his trap, rapes, them, murders them and performs sexual activities on their bodies. The story is shocking, vile and just terrifying but surely makes it one hell of a watch and will not disappoint. It will leave you hooked to the show and his life story.
2) American Murder: Family Next Door
The story revolves around the disappearance of Shanann Watts and her children. The true crime documentary film directed by Jenny Popplewell focuses on the very real and heinous familicide. It is a story of the deception of family love and social media and the behind the scenes of a family that we never see.
3) The Game Changers
The Game Changers is the real game changer. The docu-series talks about the health and fitness of several eminent sports personalities and the switch they make from non-vegetarianism to vegan and vegetarianism. The episodes portray the importance of plant based eating and protein intake. The film aims to make the case that a vegan diet isn’t only the most advantageous diet for long-term health, but for an athletic edge as well.
4) Formula 1: Drive To Survive
If you are not an F1 fan, this series will certainly make you one. Formula 1: Drive To Survive is all things adrenaline, rush and speed. It takes you through the deepest, darkest backstories of the game, the drivers, the teams and so much. The show is a nail bitter, starts off slowly but once, you are in, you are all in there is literally no going back. It’s racing for your time and attention and it’s worth it all.
5) Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich
Jeffrey Epstein is a rich American financier and this series revolve around the statements of his abusers and how that leads up to an investigation which shows how he used his money, wealth and power to abuse women and deceive them. The show mainly focuses on the sex offender and how he made his way through his conviction and life as an absuer.
