The Marvel Cinematic Universe has been an integral part of my life for more than a decade now and my anticipation for the Marvel projects just keeps increasing with each and every film or show. While I am eagerly waiting for the release of Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness right now, I had also been waiting for the first glimpse of Chris Hemsworth‘s Thor Love And Thunder, and it is finally here and it is every bit exciting as I expected.
By releasing the teaser of the film last night, Thor Love And Thunder has become the Marvel project to have the shortest time span between its release and the first glimpse of it. I had been going through so many memes all through the last week of people anticipating the teaser release and now that it has finally happened, it has lived up to the hype.
Check out the teaser here:
Thor Love And Thunder picks up right after Avengers: Endgame with Thor having joined the Guardians Of The Galaxy in their excursions across space. The teaser opens with Thor running and us seeing him across three age groups. The crux of the film is Thor trying to figure out his purpose in life after having won the war against Thanos.
The whole teaser has a fun coming-of-age vibe to it and I loved seeing the different looks of Thor as he tries to figure out his next goal. What attracted me the most is the banter between Thor and Chris Pratt‘s Peter Quill. The teaser is promising an insight into a lot of unexplored places in the space in MCU and I am all for it. But the last scene of the teaser has to be the best as Natalie Portman holds the Mjolinir. It is surely going to be an adventurous ride.
Thor Love And Thunder stars Chris Hemsworth alongside Tessa Thompson, Natalie, Christian Bale, Chris Pratt, Jaimie Alexander, Pom Klementieff, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Sean Gunn, Jeff Glodblum, Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper. It is directed by Taika Waititi, who also directed the last Thor film, Thor: Ragnarok. The film is eyeing a theatrical release worldwide on July 8.
The Marvel Universe is just growing and expanding, and with each project, they are just getting better. I have huge expectations riding on this one too, especially since it will have Hemsworth vs Bale. Also, I am excited to see how the new lady Thor makes her place in the universe. It is going to be an experience that I will never forget, I am sure of that much. And this teaser has just made me all the more excited for the trailer release now.
