I was absolutely stunned with Hrithik Roshan’s first look of Vikram Vedha which was revealed on his birthday and that led to further anticipation for the film. But now, Hrithik unveiled Saif Ali Khan’s look as Vikram and it’s brimming with intensity. Check this out, and you’d agree.
This plain t-shirt with denims look is so classy, slick while the stubble with those intense eyes can leave one intimidated. Vikram Vedha is the Hindi remake of the 2017 Tamil film with the same name which starred R. Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles. This one enjoys a cult status in the south and it certainly would be a challenge for the Hindi remake to live up the original and its performances. But, Pushkar Gayathri who directed the original is also helming the Hindi version. Vikram plays a police officer who is on a mission to track Vedha. Vedha later surrenders himself and tells Vikram three stories which completely change the perception of good and evil for the audience. With this interesting plot, interesting directorial duo and such an amazing cast even in Hindi, I’m totally looking forward to Vikram Vedha and here’s hoping it would even surpass the original. The film also stars Radhika Apte.
Interestingly, Kareena Kapoor Khan also posted this first look picture of Saif and wrote, “Husband hotter than ever. Can’t wait for this one.” I’m sure all of us agree! Vikram Vedha is set to release on September 30, 2022.
