1. Coconut oil: Coconut oil is a good moisturizer for dry skin as it is super light, chemical-free, and easily absorbed.

Apply it gently on your skin before you sleep. The oil is a perfect moisturizing cream to use helping you recover from chapped hands and feet.

2. Avocado mask:

Avocados are an excellent source of vitamin A, C, and E. This superfood is rich in nutrients that prevent skin damage, minimize breakouts, prevent dry skin and soothe skin conditions.

How to make Avocado Mask-

Take a fully ripe avocado and mix it with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and honey. Then, apply it to your face, keep it for 15 to 20 minutes and wash it off.

3. Sunflower Seed Oil:

Sunflower Seed Oil is rich in Vitamin A and E and antioxidants which help to get rid of acne-causing bacteria and regeneration of damaged skin cells. The oil easily gets absorbed in your skin and is light and non-greasy helping in moisturization and treating dry, sensitive skin.

4. Drink lots of Water:

Hydrating the skin from within flushes out toxins from the body, clearing out acne by balancing the oils on the skin, and also helps to reduce wrinkles. It’s important to drink enough water to stay hydrated.

5. Aloe Vera:

Aloe Vera is perfect for dry and dehydrated skin because of its non-greasy texture which acts as a great moisturizer. It keeps the skin firm and keeps away wrinkles and acne on the skin. Aloe Vera contains Vitamin C and E that aids in anti-aging and help in nourishing the skin.

How to use it?

Scrape the gel from the leaf and blend it in a mixer to form the aloe vera gel. Mix turmeric or honey and apply the paste on the face for 15minutes.

6. Coffee and yogurt Scrub:

Coffee, being a good exfoliator has hydrating and softening properties which makes it ideal for dry skin. Coffee powder removes dead cells from the skin and cleanses clogged pores. On the other hand, yogurt is an excellent cleanser and aids in the moisturization of the skin. Coffee and Yogurt face Scrub works on dry skin resulting in soft and nourished skin.
