Styled by Mohit Rai, Shilpa looked absolutely ravishing in this sequined beauty off the racks of ace designer Manish Malhotra. The saree is in a gorgeous, wine red shade that shines ever so bright due to the shimmery sequins embellished all over. Her cropped blouse matches the saree and has a plunging, square neckline that allowed her to flaunt her toned body. Adding to the contemporary vibe of the look are the flowing, cape-like sleeves that made her look like a winged angel as it cascaded down her sides. The six yards certainly had that oomph factor and complemented the diva while accentuating her lean figure flawlessly. Shilpa was definitely bound to grab a lot of attention in this dreamy look, I for sure couldn’t get my eyes off of her!
Makeup & Accessories
For accessories, Shilpa went for striking pieces, which included ruby-encrusted drop earrings, statement ruby rings from Joolry by Karishma and shiny stone bracelets Jet Gems. Her makeup, done by Ajay Shelar was every bit as glam as her outfit! The glowy base, thick lashes, nude lip tint and dramatic smoky eye suited this look entirely. For the hair, her hairstylist Seema Khan left her gorgeous, long locks flowing loosely with a centre part and subtle waves. All in all, the star’s look is absolutely stunning and has definitely left us drooling!
