I remember watching Elli AvrRam in her debut film Mickey Virus and falling in love with how cute she looked on screen. After that, she also appeared in Kapil Sharma’s Kis Kisko Pyaar Karun. But going further, the actress began to be known more for her smooth dance moves. However last year, the actress bowled me over with her amazing acting skills in Malang, and seems like it is finally turning into some big offers as there is a big project now in the pipeline for her.
According to a report in IANS, Elli has been cast as the second actress in Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon-starrer actioner set in a dystopian future, Ganapath, which is directed by Vikas Bahl. A few days ago, the actress was spotted at the airport and now it’s clear that it was because she was headed to London for Ganapath’s shoot. The actress also has the Rashmika Mandanna and Amitabh Bachchan-starrer Goodbye in her kitty, which also features Neena Gupta and Pavail Gulati, and she has already finished half her schedule for that.
Talking about Ganapath, Elli said:
“This year has been really grateful for me. After the success of my song ‘Har Funn Maula’ and now ‘Goodbye’, I’m very excited to begin my journey for ‘Ganapath’. I’m currently in London shooting for it. It’s a really cool script and I’m very excited to be a part of the film.”
It feels good to see that actresses like Elli, who used to be restricted to mostly dancer numbers, are finally getting opportunities to explore and show their acting skills, and after watching her perform in Malang, I have high expectations from her. What makes her involvement in Ganapath more interesting is that she is a practitioner of Martial Arts and with her co-star as the action hero Tiger, I am really eager to see them do some heavy-duty action either together or against one another.
