Janvhi Kapoor is quite the busy bee these days you might have noticed if you stalk her Instagram as much as we do. From her travel pics to her hilarious reels to her goofing off to music, Janhvi is max relatable and comes off as the girl next door. She’s that girl in school that everyone wants to be besties with because of her awesome personality. The star also never ceases to make headlines with her sartorial choices, which is exactly what we’ll be discussing in the next few paragraphs, so scroll on.
On the work front, Janhvi is still quite the newcomer being only four films old and all that. She’s a star with promise if you’ve had a chance to watch her last few flicks for sure. Janhvi will be seen in Good Luck Jerry, a dark, crime comedy and Mili, a survival thriller produced by father Boney Kapoor. And of course, Dostana, a film that everyone is over the moon excited about.
Let’s take a closer look at Janhvi Kapoor’s all-pink OOTD:
Celebrity stylist Tanya Ghavri styles Janhvi Kapoor in a fuchsia pink co-ord set from Nedret Taciroglu‘s S/S 20 collection. This set features a sheer, full-sleeved blouse with bishop sleeves that form a bell at the wrists. The ruffle detailing along the neckline and lace panels on the sleeves add much-needed texture to this monochrome look. The modesty of the blouse makes it perfect to wear to work even with a pair of trousers if the whole look feels too bold for you to wear. But if you love bold colours then pair it with its mate, the flared, mini skirt which truly isn’t so mini. Horizontal textured panels and a wide belt complete the look. Her look is styled with a pair of strappy, diamante, nude heels from Zara, which really isn’t my cup of tea simply because I don’t like kitten heels overall. Alternatively, you could pair it with pointy pumps in a nude shade. Janhvi definitely looks like Indian Barbie in this outfit and we love that idea so much.
Janhvi opts to pin her hair half up and half down, although I think she might have looked even better had she pulled her hair into a tight, slick ponytail. For makeup, her base was flawless with a hint of blush and contouring near her cheek. Pink monochromatic eyeshadow and lipstick add to her neutral day look which she tops off with wing liner that works perfectly to enhance her almond-shaped eyes.
