What You’ll Need
180 gm paneer
60 gm White Light Food Kung Pao Sauce
1 tbsp oil
40 gm mixed bell pepper
10 gm cashew nut
10 gm spring onion
Salt as per taste
Here’s How You Can Put It All Together
Step 1: Cut paneer into small cubes and deep fry into the oil.
Step 2: Add 1 tbsp sunflower oil into a pan. Once the oil is hot, add mixed bell peppers into the pan and cook them for about 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add 60 gm Kung Pao sauce and cook well for about 2 minutes.
Step 4: Now, add 180 gm paneer cubes and toss for about 1 minute. Then add some salt to taste.
Step 5: Garnish it with some cashew nuts and spring onion and serve it hot!
