Actor Ali Fazal has been truly playing some memorable roles on screen. And the actor has been totally killing it on the web-space. I have absolutely loved watching Ali in Mirzapur and he also delivered an amazing performance in his latest Netflix anthology Ray. There has always been something very charming about Ali’s performances and that translates on the screens also very well. Now, after exploring the web-space, Ali has taken up short films.
As per a statement, the actor recently worked with Cargo director Arati Kadav for an untitled short film. The story is in the science fiction genre, and recently they shot for it for 4 days in Mumbai. Ali who is playing a lead in the film has not disclosed many details about the short film, but an official announcement will be made soon.
All Ali has to say about this project is that,
“Collaborating with Arati has been an amazing experience. I have to say that I really had a lot of fun shooting with her and I think she’s immensely talented in what she does. We shot the entire film in the span of just four days in Mumbai. The genre is extremely exciting, something I have done for the very first time in my career, so that has been something really interesting.”
Honestly, sci-fi is a genre that can never go wrong, and now with the talented actor doing a film in that genre, gives me all the more reasons to look forward to it. Ali also has some amazing film projects coming name, namely Fukrey 3, Happy Ab Bhag Jayegi, and Death On The Nile, wonderful no?
