The Covid-19 pandemic brought our normal life to a standstill. In the entertainment world, media houses had to switch to OTT platforms as theatres remained closed for a very long stretch of time. Now that things are slowly coming back to normal, theatres are opening and many films are lined up for a theatrical release. Akshay Kumar starrer Bell Bottom is one such film which is all set to hit the theatres tomorrow and that too in 3D!

Akshay Kumar will be seen playing the role of Agent Bell Bottom, Vaani Kapoor will be playing the role of his wife, Lara Dutta will be seen portraying Indira Gandhi’s role, while Huma Qureshi will be playing the role of a character, who helps in evacuating the Indian citizens stuck on a hijacked plane. The theatrical release comes with a set of challenges are people are now accustomed to the OTT platforms and the COVID-19 fear is prevailing. Akshay revealed that the Bell Bottom team has taken a risk and that they are looking forward to having a positive response.
During the trailer launch, Akshay spoke about the theatrical release of Bell Bottom-
The pressure is there on everybody but I’m very sure that things are going to work out. There’s a challenge, a risk. But if you haven’t taken the risk in life, then what have you done? So we have gone with it. In this journey, I have my producers who have also taken the risk and that’s how we have proceeded. If The Movie Does 30 Crore, It Is Equivalent To 100 Crore.
I am super excited about this film, can’t wait to watch it in the theatres. What about you guys?
