The second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic was hard on everyone. In order to curb the spread of the virus, state governments implemented a lockdown with strict rules. Movie theatres have been shut for a while now, due to which film releases have been delayed. As the current situation slowly improves, things have been looking quite good for the ones who have been out of business during the lockdown. Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Bell Bottom‘ was supposed to release in theatres but due to cinema halls being shut, it couldn’t.
As per the reports of Entertainment Times, ‘Bell Bottom’ is all set to release in cinemas on August 19. Akshay took to his social media to confirm that the film will release in theatres on August 19. This is definitely good news to all the fans who have been eagerly waiting for the film to release in theatres. The film is directed by Ranjit Tewari and stars Vaani Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, and Lara Datta in important roles.
