Mumbai has been one of the cities in India that has been worst affected by the second wave of the COVID-19 virus. And this means that the frontline workers in the city are more overworked than ever, working in super stressful situations — be it the medical, police or the BMC sanitation departments.
And these efforts are being appreciated and pointed out by all, especially celebrities like Farhan Akhtar and Salman Khan. Salman has also gone ahead and organised food and refreshments for 5000 frontline workers in the city.
Salman himself came down to Bhaijaanz Kitchen, his food facility where these snacks and refreshments were being prepared and checked for himself before it was being distributed everywhere.

Salman was seen along with Yuva Sena‘s core committee member, Rahul Kanal, who helped execute this initiative. Speaking about it, Rahul told Indianexpress.com that in the coming days, double the amount of packets will be going out to these frontline workers from Bhaijaanz Kitchen.
This certainly is a great initiative, and kudos to Salman and the team for helping the ones who help us. In these tough times, we can help ease the situation by staying at home, wearing our masks and staying safe. Lets do this much for our frontline workers.
