Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma became parents to a wonderful baby girl, Vamika, in January. The couple have shared some lovely glimpses with their daughter, but have been strict about not showing her face in the pictures and in media. While Anushka is back to completing her work commitments, Virat is also back to playing his games and is currently playing in the Indian Premiere League.
Recently, while in a conversation with RCB’s mascot Mr. Nags a.k.a Danish Sait, Virat spoke about his experience parenting and more. He says that both his and Anushka’s routines have changed drastically after they welcomed Vamika into their lives.
He adds:
You have to totally be aligned and aware of taking care of another life that is totally dependent on the mother primarily, but also on the father. Both parents taking care of the child together is a different environment altogether. Something that we both have enjoyed thoroughly.
Speaking about Vamika, he says:
It is a connect which has been different from anything else we both have experienced before. Just to see your child smile at you is something that you cannot put in words… I cannot express how that feels from within. But, it’s been such a blessed and amazing time.
This is so sweet, isn’t it? A father-daughter bond is always ever-so-special!
