On Wednesday, senior actor-filmmaker Satish Kaushik informed that he has tested positive for coronavirus and is at home-quarantine. The actor took to his social media to share a post, which read— “Attention, please! I have been tested COVID-19 positive. I would request everyone to get tested, who came in contact with me in the last few days. I am home quarantined. Your love, best wishes and blessings will help. Thanks”.
Now, according to a report by ETimes, after a day or two following his Twitter post, Satish was experiencing discomfort and his doctors advised him to get admitted to a hospital. The actor was rushed to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Ambani Hospital and has been undergoing treatment since.
The report added that his condition is better and he is currently resting. The publication further mentioned that he will remain in the hospital until he tests negative and is fit and fine.
When the publication contacted the actor’s spokesperson via text message. He wrote, “Yes, Satish ji is currently admitted in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. He is recovering well. He was planning to get vaccinated for COVID-19; however, when he got tested after experiencing some weakness, he found that he was positive. He quarantined himself at home for two days but decided to get admitted to the hospital for proper medical care. He is grateful to his family, friends and well-wishers who are praying for his speedy recovery.”
