What’s the one style lesson we all ought to learn from Malaika Arora? That there are absolutely no rules in fashion. The actor’s sartorial journey through her years as a celebrity only goes to show that you must always wear what feels one hundred per cent comfortable. And that’s probably where Malaika’s effortlessness comes from. So whether it’s her co-ordinated gym sets, eye-catching collection of dresses—from oversized sweater ones to glitzy bodycon numbers to breezy maxis—or her Indian-wear, there’s rarely a Malaika-attended occasion where she doesn’t make a statement. Therefore, it comes as no surprise, that even a tricky trend like print-on-print is a cakewalk for the actor. Don’t go by our word, scroll ahead to check out two of her latest looks that’ll push you, as well, to give head-to-toe printed looks a try!
In snake print
Snake print has won the actor’s vote of approval on a number of occasions. Around this time, she was spotted out and about in the city in an oversized jumpsuit featuring her favourite print, which strikes a balance between dressy and casual. The actor left the top buttons of her shirt open and gave us a peek at her toned midriff and a white bralette that she wore underneath. She accessorised her look with a black quilted sling bag and canary yellow pumps for a pop of colour in her neutral-toned look. Mascara-laden lashes and a mauve lip stain with her caramelised locks left open in a middle parting concluded her beauty look for the night.
In an abstract print
For a virtual live session on Face Yoga last week, Malaika chose to keep her look casual yet quirky. The actor was spotted in the city post her interaction in an easy-breezy mini neon green dress with an abstract print in white. A dress like this one can work as loungewear, for casual brunch or lunch dates, shopping sessions and more. Her favourite white Reebok slides and a black polka-dot facemask rounded off her look.
