Bigg Boss 14: Abhinav Shukla Evicted From The House, Netizens Call It Unfair

In some sad news for all the Bigg Boss fans, Abhinav Shukla was voted out of the game in Tuesday’s episode. Yesterday’s episode saw the “connections” (family members and friends of the housemates) enter the house and they voted him out.

The connections, including Abhinav’s good friend Jasmin Bhasin, voted him out saying he doesn’t deserve to go the finale as his contributions in the house were least. This shocked netizens and the housemates alike, leaving Devoleena Bhattacharjee and his wife Rubina Dilaik in tears.

Abhinav entered the Bigg Boss house along with wife Rubina and has faced a lot of taunting and discrimination saying he is her plus 1, given she is the more popular face. But, in the many days in the house, he carved a space for himself and proved he is worthy of competing in the house with his performance in the many tasks. He also managed to grab the headlines as he was being wooed by Arshi Khan first and then Rakhi Sawant. But he stayed his ground, saying he doesn’t want to encourage such acts in the name of entertainment.

After the elimination yesterday, ex-Bigg Boss contestants Kamya Panjabi and Shefali Bagga shared their opinion on Twitter, calling the decision unfair. Kamya tweeted that it is not fair for a few people from outside to decide the fate of a contestant who has been so dignified and just in the game since day one. She says he is already a winner for her.

Shefali Bagga also shared her thoughts, saying that if the contestants are good, the audience doesn’t vote them out, the housemates themselves vote them out. She also adds that Rubina is the only hope for the show, who has stayed on form day 1 and is the most probable contender to win the show.

Now, Rubina, ALy Goni, Nikki Tamboli, Rakhi Swant, Rahul Vaidya & Eijaz Khan are in the run to win the Bigg Boss trophy.
