Salman Khan has been busy catching up on all the shoots that he missed out during the lockdown, much like everyone else in the entertainment industry. The superstar has already completed two films, namely, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai and Antim: The Final Truth. The third one that Salman was slated to do was the third part of the Tiger franchise but due to its much more lavish scale, it seems to be taking some time to go on floors. The actor was supposed to kick off the shoot for the same in March, and while director Maneesh Sharma is still trying his best to stick to the schedule, he might make a few tweaks to the original plan. The makers who were planning to start shooting the movie in UAE may now be shot in Istanbul instead.
Aditya Chopra, the producer of the film has been rethinking the location as there is a spurt in Covid cases in the UAE. A trade source revealed to Mid-Day that the pre-production for the movie has already begun and the producer wants the film to start shooting on time, but since the UAE is facing a spike in cases, Maneesh and Aditya are discussing the possibility of shooting in Turkey with Salman first and then doing the rest of the movie. Salman has already given his dates to the movie in bulk. The team has already done their recce in the UAE and the makers have already deployed a small team to Istanbul to score the location. They are currently just waiting for feedbacks from these teams to make a decision.
Salman will reportedly sport a lean look in the movie and resume his role as RAW (Research & Analysis Wing) agent Avinash Singh Rathore alongside Katrina Kaif.
