Brace yourself Sex and the City fans! The show is returning with a revival titled “And Just Like That…”, featuring the original cast Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kirstin Davis. The popular series aired on HBO from 1998 through 2004 and starred Sarah as Carrie Bradshaw, Cynthia as Miranda Hobbes and Kristin as Charlotte York.
To break the good news, Sarah took to her Instagram to share a teaser. She wrote— “I couldn’t help but wonder… where are they now? X, SJ”.

According to a report by Deadline, the new 10-episode limited series will premiere on HBO Max. The series will chronicle Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte as they go steer through the journey from the complex reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated life in their 50s, HBO Max said in a statement. The report further mentioned that the production on the series is expected to start in New York in April or May.
However, Kim Cattrall, who played the role of Samantha Jones in the original series, is not returning. The new Max Original series is based on the book, “Sex and the City”, written by Candice Bushnell and the original TV series created by Darren Star.
