Dealing with social media hate is certainly not something that is easy. And in the recent past, celebrities like Swara Bhasker have been in the receiving end of a lot of trolls on the internet. Be it for just the pictures they post on social media or for the issues they stand up for, it can be anything that they are targeted for.
Recently, actress Dia Mirza opened up about this on Kareena Kapoor Khan‘s show, What Women Want. She admits that reading some people’s social media comments really scares her.
She says that she often finds herself wondering how celebrities like Swara deal with social media comments. She went on to add that if she had to be in Swara’s place and read those comments, she’d have nightmares for days!
On the show, Dia also spoke about everything from mental and physical well-being, especially during trying times like we are going through right now amidst the pandemic and shares how her lockdown journey has been.
Dia is known for championing for the environment and conservation and protection of animals and nature, and she sure does a great job at standing up for all the right causes. On the work front, she was last seen in the digital series, Kaafir. She was also seen in the Anubhav Sinha directorial, Thappad, starring Taapsee Pannu and Pavail Gulati.
