Luv Ranjan has given us some cult favourite films like Pyaar Ka Punchnama series and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety among others. Now, he is set to return with a brand new rom-com starring two big stars — Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor.
Luv announced this project a while ago and it was going to release in March 2021. But unfortunately due to the pandemic, the dates of many films got pushed and this was one of them. According to a Bollywood Hungama report, the film is finally set to go on floors in the first week of January.
The publication also states that the film is set to go on floors by 5th to 7th January in Ghaziabad, which is Luv’s hometown. A huge set has reportedly been erected near his house to shoot major portions of the film. They will also be shooting in some real locations in Delhi. Though they are thinking of an international schedule, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, that plan is currently on hold.
Apart from Ranbir and Shraddha, who will be sharing screen space for the first time, this Luv Ranjan directorial is also going to star Dimple Kapadia in a pivotal role.
