The salwar kameez is a quintessential wardrobe must-have for most Indian women. Even though I don’t own many Indian style clothes, I have a few kurta sets. It’s not because I don’t like them, it’s because they tend to cost much more than regular clothes. Plus, I rarely find the occasion to wear them. But, I still believe it’s an investment worth making. You will inevitably find yourself in many situations that demand Indian wear. I like simple and elegant styles that will take me from day-to-night. Even Bollywood knows that those are the best kinds of investments to make. And hence, we often spot a whole lot of them repeating this basic yet essential style. Scroll on to see some B-town babes show you why this is a must-have item for your growing closet.
