The title of superstar Akshay Kumar‘s much-awaited film, Laxmmi Bomb has now been changed to Laxmii. Reports suggest that the makers of the film changed the title after many Hindu groups protested against the title Laxmmi Bomb, asserting that it hurt their religious sentiments and was disrespectful to Goddess Laxmi. According to reports Karni Sena had sent a legal notice to the makers. They were demanding a change in the title. It was further reported that on Thursday Laxmmi Bomb went for its censor certificate and post the discussion with the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), the makers took the decision to change the title to Laxmii.
