Pyaar Ka Punchnama marks Nushrat Bharucha’s first commercial success at the box office. This buddy drama became even more popular after Kartik Aryan’s lil dramatic monologue about how women are confused went viral. Soon after she went on to give us another hit with Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety again opposite Kartik Aryan. On the work front, Nushrat last played Ayushmann Khurrana‘s love interest in Dream Girl. She will be seen opposite Rajkummar Rao in on Hansal Mehta‘s social film Chhalaang. She’s also been filming Nikhil Tiwari‘s romantic thriller Hurdang opposite Sunny Kaushal and Vijay Varma.
Now more than ever, we seem to be reaching for our comfy tracksuits and jackets and playing up the lounge-wear trend. I never was a fan of this lazy girl trend in the past but seeing how celebrities seem to be nailing this trend is making me want to invest in a cute lounge-set. Nushrat’s outfits remind me of how I dressed pre-quarantine and how much I miss the simple act of wearing jeans. I love that her off-duty is style is relatable and wearable for a regular girls day to day activities.
Let’s take a closer look at Nushrat Bharucha’s casual outfits:
Nushrat Bharucha wears a khaki bomber jacket that she layers with an all-black look. She styles her comfy black joggers with a soft, black camisole. Again, another relatable and achievable look by Nushrat. Tell me this isn’t something you wear to grab coffee with your friends? She accessorises he look with a black, square sling bag and a pair of olive-toned mocassins. The fact that her joggers aren’t too long and end a little above her ankles is what makes the shoes work with this outfit. Sometimes it’s all about proportions. She finishes her look with open locks and a floral mask with leaf print.
I totally love this second look of hers. It’s super easy-going and comfortable and totally something I would wear. She opts for basic blue, distressed jeans that she pairs with a white, crop-top. This is the perfect blue for a pair of jeans and I’m always on the hunt for this colour but always end up with darker tones. She layers up with a colour-blocked, pastel colour sweatshirt jackets. She styles her look with a mini beige bag that looks like a semi-circle and a pair of rose gold sneakers. Ideally, she should have opted for a pair of white sneakers to class it up and keep it simple. But, I don’t totally hate those chunky sneakers. She wears a grey, graphic facemask and is spotted with a nice big cup of some beverage. She leaves her hair down and perfectly blowdried.
