Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah To Complete Its 3000th Episode

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is one of the most loved shows on television. The Indian sitcom first aired in July 2008 and since then the show has been going strong. And now TMKOC is all set to air its 3000th episode on 24 September 2020. The creator of the show, Asit Kumarr Modi recently took to his social media to share the good news.

His tweet read, “Dear and respected All our lovely family of viewers, We are completing 3000 episode on 24th sept 2020″.

The tweet made several fans of the popular sitcom congratulate the creator of the show. They got nostalgic and some of them even asked Asit to bring Dayaben played by Disha Vakani back to the show. For the unversed, Disha has not returned on television since her maternity leave in 2018. She played the role of Jethalal essayed by Dilip Joshi’s wife and Tapu‘s mother in the show.
