After almost 5-6 months in the COVID-19-induced lockdown, work is finally beginning to start off everywhere, and in Bollywood too. Films that had to complete shoot are wrapping up with their work, and actors are out to finish filming and dubbing for upcoming projects.
Ranveer Singh is one such actor began work earlier this week with a brand shoot. He was recently also spotted at Yash Raj Films. According to a Hindustan Times article, he was there to dub for his film, Jayeshbhai Jordaar.
Speaking about the dubbing process, a source close to the film told the publication:
His work schedule is back to normal and he is absolutely fine to shoot and work in the pandemic because it is the new normal now. He realizes that the industry has to restart for business to be back as usual and as a superstar he will be extremely proactive to contribute towards normalizing the industry that has been hit hard by the pandemic.
Directed by debutante writer-director, Divyang, they wrapped the filming earlier in the year. It is said to be a humorous film set in Gujarat, where Ranveer plays a proper Gujrati man.
The source also added that the makers are set to release the film in the theatres and are keeping it ready until they decide on when is the best time to release it.
I am excited we’ll get to see Jayeshbhai Jordaar in theatres and can’t wait to see Ranveer on screen very soon!
