Saif Ali Khan always has the coolest stories and anecdotes to share, doesn’t he? That’s the reason I am so excited for his autobiography that’s going to be out next year! He has been in the industry for over two decades now, and has some great films to his credit. One of them is definitely Vishal Bharadwaj‘s acclaimed film, Omkara, where he played the iconic Langda Tyagi. Saif, in a recent interaction, opened up about how he was actually supposed to shoot a scene
Saif, in an interview on Neha Dhupia‘s show, No Filter Neha, shared that Vishal wanted to shoot a scene with him naked, showing his back to the camera. He apparently reassured Saif that the scene will be dimly lit so there will be nothing to worry. But in return, Saif says he requested that if he were to shoot the scene, then it’ll be on one condition. He asked the director and the director of photography to also go go nude.
Talk about Saif’s crazy ideas, amirite? They declined the offer, and thats why we never see a scene like that in the film. He jokes that if it did materialise, before John Abraham exposed his half-butt to the camera in Dostana, he would have been the first stars to do it.
Saif is currently quarantining at home with his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan and son, Taimur Ali Khan. He and Kareena also announced that they are expecting their second child together!
