We all know that Sonali Bendre battled an aggressive form of cancer because she announced she would be seeking treatment at a hospital in New York City. The actress emerged victorious and cancer-free. Although, it was evident that the process had taken away a lot from her life but from what we saw she stayed positive through the journey. The beautiful actress is hale and hearty now and steps out every now and then.
Sonali was wildly popular in the ‘80s and ‘90s and had established herself as quite the talented actress and sex symbol. Till date, I replay images of the song, Jo Haal Dil Ka from Sarfarosh in my mind, it was a terrific song. At the age of 19, she was offered her first role in the movie Aag. For which she won the Filmfare Award for Lux New Face of the Year and Star Screen Awards for Most Promising Newcomer. Some of her more memorable films were Humse Badhkar Kaun, Major Saab, Sarfarosh, Zakhm and many many more. 2004 was the last active year of her career, unfortunately.
Take a look at Sonali’s all-beige chic daily wear:
There are a few easy ways to look chic and timeless, for e.g. find yourself a nice pair of wide-leg pants. They can be trousers or even a pair of well-fitted denim pants. They instantly streamline your body, make you look taller and also more polished. Make it monochromatic and you are golden. Take a cue from Sonali Bendre, as she recently stepped out to everyone’s favourite salon in Juhu. The actress sported a horizontal stripe, knot front tee with pastel and neutral hues. She paired her tee with a really stunning and comfy look pair of wide-leg trousers. She accessorised her look with a tan, macrame handbag, a rose gold Apple watch and nude flip-flops. The look itself is super casual but the reason it looks chic and put-together is because she plays with neutral tones from the same colour family.
She stepped out with freshly blowdried hair and it was so phenomenal to see her with this hair length. For her makeup, she kept it simple with kohl-lined eyes and she made sure she had on a pretty cream face mask to make her attire.
