Irrfan Khan‘s son, Babil Khan, took to his Instagram today to talk about all the speculation about actor Sanjay Dutt‘s health. Ever since Sanjay was admitted to the hospital, news has been filled with news of him contracting lung cancer. He posted an update, saying he is taking a break from work for medical treatment, while his wife, Maanayata posted an update informing that he is set to start his preliminary treatment here in Mumbai.
While the family has been giving Sanjay’s fans an update, Babil took to his Instagram to write about how the family needs to be given their space and privacy. He wrote that Sanjay should be able to fight his illness without the ‘anxiety of the media’.
He called Sanju Baba a ‘fighter’ and said:
Here’s a secret; Sanju Bhai was one of the first people to offer help in all and every way when my father was diagnosed, after Baba passed, Sanju bhai was again one of the very first few people that held a pillar for support. Please; I beg you, let him fight this without anxiety of media, you must remember we’re talking bout Sanju baba here, he is a tiger, a fighter, the past doesn’t define you but it sure does evolve you and I know this will be over with Sanju Baba smashing hits again.
Here is his post:
Sanjay and his father co-starred in the film Knock Out. Irrfan passed away on April 29th after fighting hard with neuroendocrine tumour.
