Some memories are just so precious, we are glad to be a part of it, right? I was glad I could witness one such memory that Siddhant Chaturvedi holds close to his heart. The Gully Boy actor took to his Instagram last night to share a video clip of him along with Sushant Singh Rajput. The clip was from a talent hunt competition he won back in college, where Sushant was the special guest.
In the video, Sushant and he are seen dancing to Chikni Chameli from Agneepath while everyone around cheers on. In an emotional note, Siddhant writes that he participated in the talent hunt when he was studying for his B.Com and CA. He says that while he was the one who won, they both danced and celebrated that day. Siddhant goes on to say that his confidence shot through the roof because of this and states that that’s when he could convince his parents that he really wanted to be an actor!
His note read:
Meri Pehli Jeet, Meri Shuruwaat. Aaj kal bhi Neend nahi ati. Ye Video hazaar baar dekha hai. Socha share karun ya nahi…? Phir socha Dono Bhai Todd ke naache hain. Share karna toh banta hai guru! (My first win, where it all began. I don’t vet sleep nowadays. I’ve watched this video a thousand times. I kept thinking if I should share it. Then I thought, both the brothers are dancing so well on stage, it needs to be shared!)
Have a look at the video:
This is such a special memory, no?
Just now, Siddhant also took to his Instagram stories to post a couplet about ‘truth’ and demanded a CBI enquiry into Sushant’s unfortunate death.
Not just him, even Kriti Sanon, Ankita Lokhande and Kangana Ranaut have joined hands with Sushant’s sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, to demand a just and fair trial by the CBI.
