Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death has caused turmoil among netizens like nothing else. Social media claims that it has bought out the dark side of Bollywood with many highlighting the groupism and nepotism that newcomers in the industry have to face. While angry social media users have taken to attacking star kids, Karan Johar and anyone else they can point their fingers at, many others have taken to blame the women he used to be in a relationship with. Starting with his most recent relationships with Rhea Chakraborty and Kriti Sanon, many are throwing online hate at these actresses.
Before he was rumoured to have dated Kriti or Rhea, Sushant was in a relationship with actress Ankita Lokhande who had started his career within TV show Pavitra Rishta. The two had dated for six years. But even after their break up in 2016, the two remained cordial. Ankita had moved on to date businessman Vicky Jain who she’s still with.
After Sushant’s demise, Ankita had gone for his cremation and had only left his place once his family had gone back home. His father had later revealed that he had only known about Sushant’s relationship with Ankita and no one else. In light of all this, Ankita has also been receiving hate on social media for leaving Sushant. Angry fans have gone back to her pictures with her current beau Vicky to leave vicious comments that tell her that they only liked her with Sushant. Many of these social media users have spewed the same kind of hate on Vicky Jain’s Instagram as well and hence he has become one of the latest known personalities to restrict comments on social media. Many such comments asked him to leave Ankita and that their relationship was the reason for Sushant’s demise.
