As lockdown seems to be easing down, celebrities are gradually heading back to work. This means that our daily dose of celebrity fashion is also resuming. Speaking of, Bollywood has been favouring a monochromatic colour palette off-late. Only last week we spotted Nushrat Bharucha out and about in the city wearing an all-white kurta set. And most recently, Sara Ali Khan was spotted heading to a meeting in a monochrome look as well. As opposed to Nushrat, Sara opted for powder pink as her choice of colour and even matched her accessories to her garments.
Scroll ahead for all the details of Sara Ali Khan’s all-pink outfit:
Sara’s penchant for comfortable, cotton kurta-sets is unmissable. The actor’s wardrobe comprises a slew of Indian-wear in bold prints, loud hues to a few plain numbers and more, and is seen wearing simple yet striking traditional outfits more often than not. Around this time, as she stepped out for her work trip, the four-film old actor opted for a plain, pink, knee-length kurta featuring a scalloped hemline and a lace border. She matched her simple kurta with a pair of pink, cigarette pants featuring a multicoloured print that consisted of minuscule hearts and flowers.
Keeping her look colour-coordinated, Sara picked a pair of embellished juttis in the same hue. Pink bangles served as her only accessories that added a bit of oomph to her otherwise basic look. Even her Burberry bag was the same colour as her clothes. As for her fuss-free beauty look, Sara left her locks open with no visible makeup.
Given the humidity caused by the on and off monsoons, opting for skin-complimenting fabrics like cotton and linen seems like the apt choice, no? What do you think of Sara’s head-to-toe pink look? Tell me in the comments below!
