Recently, a social activist lodged a complaint in the cyber crime branch of Hyderabad against a particular show called XXX Uncensored 2 on Ekta’s platform, ALT Balaji. He had complained against certain unpleasant content on the show. But the alleged complaints were found baseless and without any evidence, due to which the case has been dismissed by the Hyderabad authorities.
But the moment the platform heard of such a complaint, they proactively decided to do everything from their end so as to not hurt anybody’s sentiments. A source shared, “ALTBalaji had instantly blurred and edited certain questionable scenes from the show to be extra cautious.”
Ekta Kapoor has backed a host unconventional and quality content over the years, and we are glad that they have sailed through this.
