We all know April did not begin on the brightest note. However, looking at the brighter, or should we say, glamorous side of things, Kareena Kapoor Khan is blessing our timelines with stunning pictures from her recent Vogue India cover shoot.
Anaita Shroff Adajania marked a stylish start to the month and styled Kareena in an Anita Dongre number. The beige Anita Dongre gown has a plunging neckline, along with an empire waistline. It also featured the signature Anita Dongre white thread embroidery. As for styling, she wore multiple layered necklaces, including a shell necklace, which, by the way, is a big trend this summer. For her beauty look, she wore her signature reverse smokey eye, and textured hair pulled back.

Tarun Vishwa shot the stunning cover spread and Rituparna Som worded the same. What’s exciting about this editorial is that, unlike any other, in this one, Kareena opens up about turning 40. She also looked back upon the two decades she has spent in the Indian film industry. Kareena also spilt tea on—a successful career, a movie-star husband, a toddler and more.
Just like the rest of us, Kareena and her family, are practising social-distancing as well. When she was asked what her ideal self-isolation destination would be, she said—a scheduled beach with Saif and Taimur. Kareena also spoke about, working from home, and said if the world did start working from home, she would be the next TikTok or YouTube sensation.
We can’t wait to read through this honest and fun discussion in the magazine! What did you think of Kareena’s cover shot? Tell us in the comments below.
